Refund policy

1. Limited Edition Prints
• All prints are numbered limited editions and cannot be returned due to a change of mind, to preserve their collectible value and authenticity.
• If a print arrives damaged, Ground Seesaw will take full responsibility for an exchange. Please send an email with a photo clearly showing the damage to [seesawcollect@mnart.co.kr]. A new item will be sent at no extra cost after verification.
• For any other inquiries about limited edition prints, feel free to contact us.

2. General Products
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and accompanied by the original receipt. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Once the returned item is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• Return requested after the 14-day window
• Item is damaged or shows signs of use
  • In the case of wrong delivery or defective items, return shipping will be covered by Ground Seesaw. An exchange or refund for the same item will be provided.

Ground Seesaw aims to reduce overproduction by producing in small quantities. Returned items may not be available for repurchase.

3. How to Request a Return
• To request a return, email [seesawcollect@mnart.co.kr] with the subject line: “Return #OrderNumber”.

4. Exchange Policy
• Ground Seesaw generally does not offer exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
• If you believe an exchange is necessary, please contact us via email first.
