Shipping policy
1. Shipping Fee
• All orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL. Shipping charges do not include customs duties and taxes. Ground Seesaw is not responsible for any additional customs duties that may occur during shipping.
• When ordering more than one limited edition print, shipping fees and taxes will be charged individually per print, and each will be shipped separately within 5 to 12 weeks from the order date.
• The exact shipping fee can be found on each product detail page.
2. Order and Shipping Information
• A confirmation email will be sent once your order is completed.
• For original artworks only, shipping and import duties/taxes are included. Limited edition prints and other items are excluded.
• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly. If address changes are needed after purchase, you can update them within 2 days via the link included in your order confirmation email.
• Once the order has been shipped, address changes are no longer possible. If the item is returned due to incorrect information, the cost of reshipping will be borne by the customer.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
• Original artworks purchased via auction will be shipped from Australia starting in October 2025.
• Limited edition prints will be shipped within 5 to 12 weeks from the order date. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- South Korea: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
4. Important Notice for International Customers
• Shipping is not available to the following countries and regions:
Ascension, Bovet Island, Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Heard & McDonald Islands, Pitcairn, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, Tajikistan, Tristan Da Cunha, U.S. overseas territories (e.g., Baker Island, Howland Island), Western Sahara
• Depending on the country, import taxes, VAT, and customs duties may apply. Unless otherwise specified, these fees are the customer's responsibility and Ground Seesaw is not liable.
• If a customer fails to comply with customs procedures and the item is returned, all costs for reshipping will be charged to the customer.
• In case of a return due to simple change of mind, the original shipping cost will not be refunded and must be borne by the customer.
5. How to Track Your Order
• Once the order is shipped, a shipping notification email including a tracking number will be sent.
• Tracking information will be available within 48 hours after shipment.
• If you do not receive your package within 2 weeks of receiving the shipping email, please contact [seesawcollect@mnart.co.kr] with the following information:
- Customer Name
- Order Number
