A grilled cheese sandwich is always a welcome snack, but for me, it’s especially tied to the colder months. I wanted to give that warmth and comfort a sculptural form. The cheese-shaped legs, sandwich slices, and tomato basil soup rug together capture the small joys that linger in our senses. What might look like a simple meal holds within it the memory of a season and the quiet reassurance that comes with it.
