Pancakes have always reminded me of the morning, simple, comforting, and full of warmth. I wanted to capture that familiar scene in sculptural form. Syrup drips between the stacked layers, while a rug shaped like a plate rests beneath. What seems like an ordinary breakfast, at this scale, becomes a memory brought to life.
