Alex Kittoe uses his signature sense of color to blur the line between reality and imagination, creating photographs that feel both warm and surrealistic. This cabin belongs to his parents, who moved here after retirement. Thanks to that, he is able to visit this place often and capture it through different seasons and moods. This particular photograph was taken on a summer evening. He waited until sunset to capture the warm light spilling from the window as it mingled with the deep purple hues of the twilight sky. Fortunately, the result turned out to be an even more beautiful harmony of color than he had hoped for.
